this particular Perisama bomplandii, found at a low elevation at rio Jamboe is different from those seen on the Loja-Zamora road and at las Lagunillas ;
it looks just like specimen n° 25 - pl 1 in Attal & Crosson du Cormier (1998), which comes from the Baños-Puyo corridor, also at a low elevation - 1100 m.
